Sara did a fantastic job not only with the inspection, but also with walking us through and explaining what all she had seen. The report was very thorough and included photos of everything. No detail was overlooked, and we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted during the inspection and were encouraged to text any further questions at any point! I met up with him when he was finished inspecting the home Im purchasing, and I couldn't be happier with the amount of detail he went thru with me.  He started by walking around the outside of the house  and went over in detail what he found. We then went inside and he pointed out different things on the inside as well. When we were finished,  he said he would have the entire report to me that day!!
